This selective bibliography represents resources for further reading on the major topics represented in the Institute's curriculum. This list supplements the materials suggested by the faculty. Selection is based on the assumption that participants regularly read their professional periodical literature; therefore, many relevant articles published in those journals are not included here unless specifically suggested by our faculty.
