The DiSC Grad Fellows are excited to announce a bi-weekly discussion group for graduate students that addresses theoretical concerns of digital humanities scholarship. Franky Abbott, Moya Bailey, and Brian Davis will facilitate discussions on important issues in this burgeoning field including:
- Using Twitter and Facebook in the classroom
- Digital Archives vs. Material Archives
- Experimental Dissertation Forms
- Public Scholarship and Digital Humanities
- And more!
The first DiSCussion will take place October 12 from noon to 1. Bring your lunch, questions, thoughts, and friends to the newly renovated and opened Research Commons on the 3rd floor of the Woodruff Library. We can't wait to talk with you!
