The Emory Libraries are pleased to announce that Julie Delliquanti, associate curator of library exhibitions and director of the Schatten Gallery in the Robert W. Woodruff Library, has been recognized with an Emory University Award of Distinction.

The Digital Scholarship Commons (DiSC) is hosting a workshop on “Creating an Online Presence.” This workshop will cover basics like professionalizing your Facebook profile, using RSS feeds, and why anyone would bother with Twitter.

Thurs., Feb. 9, 6-7p.m. / Research Commons: Join DiSC graduate fellow Moya Bailey in a Digital Scholarship Commons (DiSC) workshop titled “Remote Collaboration: Making it Work Across the World and Interwebs.” This workshop will explore digital tools that aid in collaborating across distance. We will identify different platforms for sharing work and discuss different processes for developing practices of collaboration with colleagues in other places.
