Propose an Exhibit

The Libraries exhibitions are interpretive installations that seek to enhance awareness and build appreciation for the libraries collections, resources, and tools. Exhibits should provide opportunities for teaching and learning, campus and community engagement, and student and faculty projects, research, and discussion.

Exhibit Spaces

Spaces for exhibits range in size from small wall areas to the Schatten Gallery (approximately 4,000 square feet) and include cases for original materials. The expected run time for exhibits ranges from 6 to 12 months. A list of potential venues for exhibits is included on the proposal form.

Exhibit Proposal Form

If you would like to propose an exhibit, please complete this FORM (click here to download). Remember to submit completed forms to EVEX@LISTSERV.CC.EMORY.EDU at any time. Events related to exhibitions require additional approval.  Information can be found here.

Please note, at this time venue availability for exhibits in the Robert W. Woodruff Library is very limited through the spring of 2017 because of Shakespeare’s First Folio exhibits.
