Visit the Library Service Desk

Woodruff Library merged its circulation, reference, and learning commons services into one centralized desk on its main floor. The result: a one-stop solution where patrons can check out materials, get answers to questions, and pick up interlibrary loans.

Meet our Subject Librarians

Our subject librarians and liaisons support more than forty-five academic departments and programs across the University, with expertise on everything from East Asian studies to environmental studies.

The liaisons teach for-credit courses, serve on thesis and dissertation committees and as adjunct or affiliated faculty members, develop and manage library collections, collaborate with faculty and students on research projects, assist the University in preparing for new academic programs such as the Masters in Development and the program in media studies, and work with faculty on long-range library planning.
