Privileges & Loan Periods for Emory Alumni

Emory University alumni must have their Emory ID card or form of picture ID to borrow materials.

For privileges, come to the Woodruff Circulation Desk and fill out an application. There is no fee for alumni for borrowing privileges.

Borrowing Privileges

Books and Scores

Up to 25 items may be checked out at a time for a 28 day loan period.Overdue fines: $0.50 per day, $2.00 per day for recalled books

Videos, sounds recordings, and other media items

These items may be used within the library. 3 hour loan period for videos, 2 hour loan for sound recordings.

Renewals and Recalls

Renewals can be made online through EUCLID (click on My Account) as long as your registration is current. To update your privileges, please come in person to the CLAIR/Woodruff Library Circulation Desk.

Recalls: any item is subject to recall and standard fines will apply. Recalls may be placed by Emory alumni.
