exhibition brings together over sixty portraits of the
south's leading contemporary writers, including such
figures as William Styron, Doris Betts, Reynolds Price,
Kaye Gibbons, and Richard Ford. Curt Richter is
a winner of the John Kobal Portrait Award, a Guggenheim
Fellowship, Fulbright, and many other awards and honors.
