Announcing the winners of our 2014 library survey incentives

Emory Libraries congratulates the winners of our 2014 library survey incentives.

The prizes were awarded April 9 by University Librarian Yolanda Cooper to the following students:

The Kindle HD Tablet winner is Christopher Sawula. Christopher is a PhD candidate in the history department and a graduate fellow at the Emory Center for Digital Scholarship. His work focuses on the development of American class and culture in the colonial era and the early republic. His dissertation examines the emergence of laboring identity and community in early American Boston.​

The iPad Mini winner is Nidia Renteria. ​Nidia is a sophomore who was recently accepted into the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Her goal is to become a pediatric nurse. She has also participated in campus groups such as Ngambika, Ahana Dance, and Project Shine.
