Fines from all Emory libraries can be paid at the Circulation desk. Only cash and checks are accepted. EmoryCard, credit or debit cards are not accepted. Library bills for Emory students may also be paid at the Bursar’s Office. Regular Materials $0.50 per day If you have lost a book, please contact the Circulation Desk. Please do not put damaged items in the book return. Bring them to the Circulation Desk.

The confidentiality policy is a combination of the University policy on confidentiality and federal law regarding the confidential nature of library records. This policy recognizes and guarantees the confidentiality of all registration and circulation records. The Library Policy Committee of the University Senate has reaffirmed this policy.
A number of library notices are sent by email. These include: reminder to renew, when your books are recalled, overdue books, pick up of books being held for you. If you have more than one Emory email account, please be sure we are using the correct address. For more information, visit our email account website. . If you are a Emory faculty, staff, or student please visit the EmoryCard Office in the Dobbs University Center Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm to report and replace a lost card. They can also be reached at 404-727-0224. If you are a non-Emory user, please visit the Circulation Desk for a replacement paper card. You must be present with your family member to set up initial privileges.
