All chat sessions transcripts will be saved.  These transcripts will be used by library staff for quality control and statistical purposes.  User names will be deleted from these transcripts, as well as any potentially identifying information within the chats.  These transcripts are only accessible to library staff, and any information you provide will remain confidential.

Additionally, abusive, harrassing or exceedingly inappropriate users of this service may be muted, ignored, or banned from future service.  Please respect our service and we will do likewise!
