Office, or HMSO. Their catalogs now succeed those of HMSO as important
records of government publications. The Stationary Office's Monthly
Catalogue is kept with current periodicals on Level 1 of the Woodruff
Library. Both the Monthly and Annual Catalogues are indexed.

Indexes to Sessional
Papers
Numerous general and special indexes exist for the British House of
Commons Sessional Papers. The Sessional Indexes prepared by the House
of Commons Library form the last volume of Papers for each session and
so are easily identified in the microfiche collection. The CD-ROM Indexes
to British Parliamentary Papers, below, is based on them.
Indexes to British Parliamentary Papers
Reference Stand Alone Work Station
This is the best index to the Sessional Papers for the period it covers.
The "Sessional Index" is based on the indexes for
each session and covers the period 1801-1945 for the House
of Commons and 1801-1922 for the House of Lords. The keyword
capability of the "Sessional Indexes" makes it especially
useful. This CD also includes a "General Subject Index"
covering 1801-1899 for the House of Commons and 1801-1859
for the House of Lords. There is also an index to personal
names.
