Images of South Asia are available in various formats at Emory
-- mostly art books, slide sets, and microfiche. You may also
find some online; in particular, at the Digital
South Asia Library.
There are two copies of a set of 160 slides on Hinduism
available at Emory libraries and two larger collections of images
on microfiche.
Several sets of 100 slides each on South Asian art were acquired
from the American Council on South Asian Art. They are available
at the Visual Resources
Library of the Art History Department in Carlos Hall. They
are not cataloged in EUCLID, but there are plans to have the entire
slide library collection digitized and made available online in
the future. Meanwhile, here is a title list of the sets. Further
descriptions may be found at the ACSAA
website.
