We have documentaries
as well as full-length
movies. To check EUCLID for all Tibet-related video holdings,

If anyone wants to show any of them outside the classroom to a
public audience, they need to obtain a performance license from
the copyright holder (usually the distributor) and show a copy to
the Music
and Media library before they can lend them for that purpose.
The Music and Media Library (Beverlyn Cooper, 7-1777) has a list
of contact numbers if you need help. There is one item (Arising
from Flames) which is at the Oxford campus. They may have
different rules.
My impression from looking at catalogs is that distributors charge
$50-100 for renting a video. Recent full-length films are a different
matter.
If an item is noted on the last line of the record as "On Order",
it has not arrived yet. If it says "None" or "In Process",
you can click on the "Request" tab, enter your ID, and ask
that the item be rushed through processing.
For a nice long list of films/videos on Tibet, take a look at

Let me know if you think we should acquire any new items.
